THINGS TO KNOW: PLEASE READ THROUGH

Gopher Dunes Address: 4385 Norfolk County Hwy 59, Courtland, ON N0J 1E0

WAIVER– EVERY PERSON ENTERING THE PROPERTY MUST SIGN THE ONLINE WAIVER. Racers, family members, crew members, minors (parents sign for them), and spectators. Use the LIVElaps link above to register anyone on top of the racer coming to the event.

Gate Hours:

Friday 10 AM-10 PM

Saturday 7 AM – 8 PM

Sunday 7 AM

GATE FEE $10 for everyone (RACERS, Family, Spectator, etc) over 8 years of age – (THIS IS PAID VIA LIVELAPS REGISTRATION)

**** PLEASE DO NOT MAKE AMO CHASE YOU FOR THE $10 RACER, FAMILY MEMBER, AND SPECTATOR OVER 8 YEARS OLD.

CAMPING – $30 per night. Paid at Gopher Office on arrival

TRANSPONDERS -It is the member’s responsibility to have your transponder up to date. This is not an AMO-related question (though we can help point you in the right direction if you need it). You must contact the folks at https://speedhiveshop.mylaps.com/tr2-mx-transponder.html  for all information, inquiries, and updates related to your transponder. Please also ensure your subscription is up to date and activated when racing begins.

AMO DOES NOT SELL TRANSPONDERS

YOU MAY RESERVE A TRANSPONDER RENTAL BY E-TRANSFERING $30 TO AMORACINGRELOADED@GMAIL.COM WITH THE INFO: BIKE #, NAME, RACE DATE/LOCATION, AND CLASS IN THE TRANSFER DESCRIPTION. Screenshot or save the transaction for extra backup when you arrive to get the transponder It can be picked up between those times below.

Pick–Up Times:
Saturday 10 AM – 3 PM
Sunday 8 AM – 9 AM

RACE WEEKEND PASS $30- (Non-AMO members who wish to race. Not a spectator or family. Just for racers)

PRACTICE:

FRIDAY – $35 Open Practice. No groups. Paid at Gopher Office upon arrival

SATURDAY – $25 per Group: Paid at Gopher Office upon arrival

Registration ONSITE ONLY at AMO Trailer – Saturday 2 PM to 5 PM

Practice Begins at 5 PM – ON Small Track beside the pond

Racing at 5:30 PM
